Description
For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This antibody (Biotin Conjugated) was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using purified human serum albumin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-Rabbit Serum. Analysis by SDS-PAGE was used to determine that this preparation is substantially free of aggregates and shows a banding pattern consistent with purified Rabbit IgG.

Western Blot: Human Serum Albumin Antibody [Biotin] [NB600-929] - Western Blot of Human Serum Albumin antibody [Biotin]. Lane 1: Human Serum Albumin. Load: 50 ng per lane.Primary antibody: Human Serum Albumin antibody [Biotin] at 1:1,000 overnight at 4C.Secondary antibody: HRP Streptavidin secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT.Block for 30 min at RT.Predicted/Observed size: 66 kDa, 60 kDa for Human Serum Albumin.
ELISA: Human Serum Albumin Antibody [Biotin] [NB600-929] - ELISA Results of Rabbit Human Serum Albumin antibody [Biotin] tested against purified human serum albumin. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 ug of HSA. The starting dilution of antibody was 5ug/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP conjugate stabilizer, Streptavidin-HRP conjugated and TMB substrate.
