Western Blot: IGF-I R/IGF1R [p Tyr1316] Antibody [NBP3-13234] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) MCF-7 whole cell extracts (60 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IGF-I R/IGF1R (phospho Tyr1346) antibody (NBP3-13234) diluted at 1:1000.
