Q: Can you confirm whether or not NLS1235C is supported for use in ICC application? Has it been tested in ICC and shown to be ineffective?
A: Unfortunately, neither the base antibody NLS1235 nor NLS1235C has been tested in ICC/IF. Therefore we don't know whether it will work in ICC. This series of the anybodies with the conjugation formats have only been validated in IHC-P with the human specimens. If you would like to test an antibody in an untested species and/or application and share your results with us, I can recommend our Innovator's Reward program.
