Western Blot: MEF2C [p Ser396] Antibody [NBP3-05386] - Western blot analysis of extracts of K-562 and MCF-7 cells, using MEF2C antibody (NBP3-05386) at 1:1000 dilution. K562 cells were treated by 10% FBS for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. MCF7 cells were treated by EGF (100ng/mL) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.

Isoform 3 and isoform 4, which lack the repressor domain, are more active than isoform 1 and isoform 2
