Q: Would you please help confirm if NB500-139 can recognize both MEK1 and MEK2 protein phosphorylated at Ser218/222? Although the product description shows that NB500-139 shall react with MEK 1/2, the product name only mentions MEK1.
A: NB500-139 will recognize both MEK1 and MEK2, however do keep in mind that they are 45 and 47 kDa respectively and may be hard to distinguish on a western blot.
