Detection of CXCR6 in BaF3 Mouse Cell Line Transfected with Mouse CXCR6 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CXCR6 and eGFP was stained with and either (A) Rat Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2145) or (B) Rat IgG2BIsotype Control (Catalog # MAB0061) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). CXCR6, also known as Bonzo and STRL33, is a G protein coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
