DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Rat Anti-Mouse DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAM2378) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS017) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to dendritic cells.
