INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Streptavidin-HRP (Part # 890803) contains 5 vials (1 mL/vial) of streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase for use with biotinylated detection antibodies in ELISAs and Western Blotting.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 6 months after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. Do Not Freeze.

REAGENT PREPARATION

For use in ELISAs, dilute to the working concentration specified on the vial label using 1% BSA/PBS or Reagent Diluent Concentrate 2 (Catalog # DY995) diluted 1:10 in deionized water. For use in Western blots, the suggested dilution is 1:200-1:2000 in an appropriate diluent. Use the diluted reagent within 60 minutes.

15% gel, wet transfer, overnight incubation with Streptavidin-HRP.
Only specific bands were seen and no background at all.
