Scientific Data Images for Mouse PLZF Antibody
Detection of PLZF in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Mouse splenocytes stimulated with Recombinant Mouse IL-12 (Catalog # 419-ML) and Recombinant Mouse IL-18 (Catalog # 9139-IL) for 3 days were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse NKp46/NCR1 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB22252P) and either (A) Rat Anti-Mouse PLZF Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB29441) or (B) Rat IgG2AIsotype Control (Catalog # MAB006) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
