sFRP‑3 in Mouse Testis. sFRP‑3 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse testis using Goat Anti-Mouse sFRP‑3 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF592) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Secreted Frizzled related proteins are secreted glycoproteins with homology to the Wnt-binding domain of the Frizzled family of transmembrane receptors. sFRPs contain an N-terminal Frizzled-like cysteine-rich domain (CRD) with 10 conserved cysteines and a C-terminal heparin-binding region. sFRPs function as soluble antagonists of Wnt signaling by binding directly to Wnt proteins and preventing their interactions with Frizzled receptors.
R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products.
The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed,
but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions.
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
