WB: Use at a concentration of 4 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 250 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 302 kDa) representing SMRT from HeLa cell nuclear extracts.Not tested in other applications.Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
