Antigen retrieval was performed in boiling 10mM citric acid (pH6) for 15 min, followed by block in 5% goat serum (PBS/ 0.3% triton) and incubated in primary ab (1:100) overnight at 4C in goat block. Developed with goat-anti-rabbit Alexa 488.
