This antibody was raised by immunizing mice with Raji cells.
Specificity
FR4D11 antibody recognizes Neprilysin/CD10. It is a cell surface enzyme with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity, which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. Neprilysin/CD10 is expressed on the cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitt's, and follicular germinal center lymphomas, and on cells from patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML).

Western Blot: Neprilysin/CD10 Antibody (FR4D11) - Chimeric [NBP3-12068] - Daudi cell lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of FR4D11 (NBP3-12068) at 2 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry /Immunofluorescence: Neprilysin/CD10 Antibody (FR4D11) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12068] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips stained with NBP3-12068 at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-12068, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control.
