Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: Nitrotyrosine Antibody [NB100-2899] - Rat left ventricle embedded in OCT, flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80C. 8 um sections cut using a cryostat, fixed with ice-cold acetone, blocked using 2% BSA in PBS with 5% normal goat serum, followed by incubation with nitrotyrosine antibody at 1:50 dilution overnight at 4C.
