Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Nup53 Antibody [NB100-93322] - Sample: FFPE section of human colon carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- NUP35 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: Nup53 Antibody [NB100-93322]
Immunoprecipitation: Nup53 Antibody [NB100-93322] - Detection of human NUP35 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NUP35 antibody NB100-93322 (lot NB100-93322-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. NUP35 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-93322-1) and another rabbit anti-NUP35 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated NUP35, NB100-93322 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for Nup53 Antibody - BSA Free
