Q: I plan to use NBP1-90541 for IHC-frozen, do you have any additional information for this?
A:
The product of interest, NBP1-90541 (PANP/PILR alpha associated neural protein Antibody), has never been validated in IHC-Fr, only IHC-P. In our experiences, the antibodies which can be used in IHC-P can be applied to IHC-Fr in some cases, provided some optimization (e.g. changing dilutions, etc) is performed. The only real wet-bench tests by you can determine whether NBP1-90541 is suitable to IHC-Fr. If indeed you use NBP1-90541 in IHC-Fr, you will be automatically qualified for our Innovator's Reward Program. Since this antibody has never been tested in IHC-Fr, our specialists will not know whether it will work in the application or how to make it work (i.e. no special IHC-Fr protocol for NBP1-90541). However our general IHC-Fr may be useful: Protocol. Checking the troubleshooting guide may help too: Troubleshooting Guide.
