Scientific Data Images for Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) - Azide and BSA Free

Western Blot: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Wild-type (WT) and Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] detects Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) protein at focal adhesion by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) stained by Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:500. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI. Scale bar= 10 um.
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] detects Paxillin protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse testis. Paxillin stained by Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:200. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Western Blot: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Western Blot: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (5 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background: Paxillin

Paxillin is a cytoskeletal protein involved in actin-membrane attachment at sites of cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (focal adhesion) (1). Paxillin plays a significant role in integrin signaling and the tyrosine phosphorylation of paxillin is required for integrin-mediated cytoskeletal reorganization (2). Paxillin is phosphorylated by focal adhesion kinase (FAK) at Tyr118 (3). It has been found that phosphorylation of paxillin at both Tyr118 and Tyr31 is essential for MM1 cancer cell migration (4).
