  Western blot analysis of cell lysates from HeLa cells transfected with pCi-3xFlag plasmids expressing human Perilipin 3 (PLIN3), human Perilipin 2 (PLIN2), empty vector (mock), and human Vastus lateralis muscle samples (muscle). Proteins were revealed using ABIN4344877 (top) and an anti-Flag-tag antibody (middle) for endogenous and/or recombinant, Flag-tagged PLIN3 and PLIN2. GAPDH (bottom) revealed using a GAPDH antibody served as loading control. The PLIN3 antibody ABIN4344877 reveals a protein of the expected molecular weight of the recombinant PLIN3 in lysates of transfected HeLa cells.
