Western Blot: PRKCBP1 Antibody [NBP3-18649]
Western Blot: PRKCBP1 Antibody [NBP3-18649] - Figure 2. Western blot analysis using the antibody directed against PRKCBP1 Nuclear extracts from HeLa cells (40 ug) were analysed by Western blot using the antibody against PRKCBP1 diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right (expected size: 132 kDa); the marker (in kDa) is shown on the left.ELISA: PRKCBP1 Antibody [NBP3-18649]
ELISA: PRKCBP1 Antibody [NBP3-18649] - Figure 1. Determination of the titer To determine the titer, an ELISA was performed using a serial dilution of the antibody directed against human PRKCBP1. The plates were coated with the peptide used for immunization of the rabbit. By plotting the absorbance against the antibody dilution (Figure 1), the titer of the antibody was estimated to be 1:36,000.Applications for PRKCBP1 Antibody
