Western Blot: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483] - Staining of HeLa (A), U251 (B), KNRK (C) with antibody at 1 ug/mL and NIH3T3 (D) cell lysate with antibody at 0.3 ug/mL (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.Flow Cytometry: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483]
Flow Cytometry: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483] - Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing cytoplasmic and some nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL).Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483] -
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Proteasome 19S 10B Antibody [NB100-1483] - RA190 causes accumulation of I kappa B alpha & NF-kappa B in the cytoplasm, co-localized with proteasomes. HepG2 cells were treated with DMSO, 2 μM RA190 for or 25 μM MG132 for 30 min. The cells were fixed, permeabilized & stained for I kappa B alpha a, proteasome b, NF-kappa B c & viewed by confocal fluorescence microscopy individually, or d merged, or e under phase contrast. a, b, c I kappa B alpha & NF-kappa B in RA190 & MG132-treated cells is significantly accumulated in cytoplasm, & apparently co-localized with the proteasome. The proportion of fluorescence in the cytoplasm versus the nucleus was quantified for f I kappa B alpha, or g NF-kappa B Image collected & cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32375699), licensed under a CC-BY license.
