Immunoprecipitation: SIRP alpha/CD172a Antibody [NBP3-14675] - Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from SK-MEL-28 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit antiSIRP alpha recombinant monoclonal antibody used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. SIRP alpha was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SIRP alpha recombinant monoclonal antibody.
