Primary antibody 1:1000 in Milk 5% in PBST (0.1% Tween) O/N 4ºC. Secondary ab Donkey anti-mouse Alexa fluor 555 1:5000 1h RT. Band was detected around 75 kDa.Mouse liver lysate processed and loaded in 12% TGX gel in reduced and denaturalization conditions. Milk 5% blocking in PBST (0.1% Tween) 1h. Primary antibody 1:1000 in Milk 5% in PBST (0.1% Tween) O/N 4ºC. Secondary Donkey anti-mouse Alexa fluor 555 1:5000 1h RT. Band observed around 75 kDa.
