Tau Oligomeric Complex Antibody (TOC1) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free

Western Blot: Tau Oligomeric Complex Antibody (TOC1) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20162] -

Western Blot: Tau Oligomeric Complex Antibody (TOC1) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20162] - Kelly(A) (0.5ug/ml) and U251(B) (0.5ug/ml) cells lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of TOC1 (NBP3-20162) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Tau Oligomeric Complex Antibody (TOC1) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20162] -

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Tau Oligomeric Complex Antibody (TOC1) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20162] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Kelly cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of TOC1 (NBP3-20162) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-20162, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (NBP2-52638) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.
