Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913] - TERT was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver cancer using anti-human mouse monoclonal antibody (Catalog # NB100-297) at 1:600 dilution overnight at 4C. Tissue was stained using the VisuCyte anti-mouse HRP polymer detection reagent (Catalog # VC001) with DAB chromogen (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Images may not be copied, printed or otherwise disseminated without express written permission of Novus Biologicals a bio-techne brand.Western Blot: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913]
Western Blot: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913] - Increased levels of IFI16 protein in WI-38 cells reduce hTERT levels and inhibit telomerase activity. Total protein extracts prepared from WI-38 cells, either transfected with control (pCMV) vector (lane 1) or pCMV-IFI16 plasmid (lane 2), were subjected to immunoblotting using antibodies specific to the indicated proteins. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (//dx.plos.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0008569), licensed under a CC-BY license. TERT Antibody (2C4) [NB100-317]Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TERT Antibody Pack [NB100-913] - Normal human pancreas showing moderate TERT staining of exocrine cells and a subset of islets of Langerhans using TERT antibody (NB100-317).Kit Contents for TERT Antibody Pack
