  Coronary artery vascular smooth muscle cells in fixed, frozen adult mouse heart.

  Sample was fixed overnight in 4% PFA, blocked with 1% BSA; 1.5% Normal donkey serum; 0.1% triton X for 1 hour, ON with primary antibody 1:100 dilution of a 0.2mg/ml solution, washed, stained 1 hour with gt antisheep antibody 1:500 concentration.
