TRIM25 antibody detects TRIM25 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min.
Green: TRIM25 protein stained by TRIM25 antibody (NBP2-20710) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TRIM25 antibody (NBP2-20710) diluted at 1:500.

EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
