    FACS staining with EXOSC5-A488 conjugated antibody (NBP2-50173-AF488) in testicular germ cell tumour cell lines TCam-2, 2102EP, NCCIT, NT2/D1, JAR, JEG-3 and BeWo as well as control cell lines FS1 (Sertoli cells) and human fibroblasts.
    Cells were fixated in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized in 0.5 % Tween-20 before 1:100 antibody incubation in staining buffer (PBS, pH7.2, 0.5 % BSA, 2mM EDTA, 0.1 % Tween-20).
