Detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm. Application Notes
For Flow Cytometry: Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. In ELISA, this product has been used as a capture antibody with NB100-62617 used as the detection antibody.
