ELISA: ssDNA Antibody (TNT-3) [NBP2-29849] - Various dilutions of single stranded DNA from calf thymus (starting at 10 mg/mL) were analyzed with 0.5 mg of, Anti-DNA, single stranded, clone TNT-3. Alkaline phosphatase-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse secondary antibody was used for detection.
