Western Blot: CD133 Antibody (3Y4A5) [NBP3-15310]
Western Blot: CD133 Antibody (3Y4A5) [NBP3-15310] - Western blot analysis of extracts of HT-29 cells, using CD133 antibody (NBP3-15310) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.Detection of Human CD133 by Simple WesternTM.Dilution: 12-60 µg/mL
Left: Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.1 mg/ml. A specific band was detected for CD133 at approximately 166 kDa (as indicated) using both 12 µg/ml and 60 µg/ml of Rabbit Anti-Human CD133 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-15310) followed by HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit Secondary Antibody (Catalog # 042-206). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230kDa separation system. Right: Simple Western electropherogram showing the same Rabbit Anti-Human CD133 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-15310) tested at 12 µg/ml (blue line) and 60 µg/ml (green line) in the HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CD133 Antibody (3Y4A5) [NBP3-15310]
