Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Cytokeratin 19 Antibody (SB39g) [NBP1-28570] - Cell cytospin of the HCC38 pancreatic carcinoma cell line was incubated with purified SB39g anti-keratin monoclonal antibody. After washing, a 10ug/mL dilution of goat anti-mouse Ig-FITC was used for immunofluorescence staining. NBP1-28570 Western blot Protocol (NBP1-28570):
Run protein on a 14% gel, using HCC38 & HT-29 cell lysate at 20 ug/well. (No sonication). Dilute NBP1-28570 to 2 ug/mL in 5% milk/TBST. 6mL/strip, incubated at RT on shaker for 1 hour. Dilute anti-mouse secondary antibody at 1:4K in 5% milk/TBST, 6mL/strip, incubate at RT on shaker for 1 hour.
