|Detection of CD8 alpha in Human PBMC lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD8 alpha Alexa Fluor® 594‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1509T) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Alexa Fluor 594 Isotype Control (Catalog # IC0041T). CD8 is a dimeric glycoprotein consisting of either two alpha chains or an alpha and beta chain. It is expressed on cytolytic T cells and functions in conjunction with the T cell receptor in the recognition of MHC-I/peptide complexes.
