Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: IL-17E/IL-25 Antibody (RM0263-5J46) [NBP2-11677] - Immunofluorescence for IL25-positive cells (red), actin (green) and nuclei (blue) in lung tissue from control mice. The control mice had no experimental manipulation performed. C57BL/6 male mice (Jackson Laboratories, Bar Harbor, Me), 8 to 12 weeks old and weighing 20 to 30 g, were used in this study. Samples were imaged on a FluoView 1000 confocal scanning microscope (Olympus). Imaging conditions were maintained at identical settings within each antibody-labeling experiment with original gating performed using the negative control (no primary antibody).
