Scientific Data Images for Mouse CCR1 Antibody
Detection of Mouse CCR1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of mouse heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse CCR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5986) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for CCR1 at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of CCR1 in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CCR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5986, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).

Background: CCR1
50 aa C-terminal cytoplasmic tail. Over aa sequences 1-34, 92-107, 172-192 and 265-281 collectively, mouse CCR1 shares 76% and 89% aa identity with human and rat CCR1, respectively.
