Scientific Data Images for Mouse IL‑24 Antibody
IL‑24 in Mouse Splenocytes.
IL-24 was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Rat Anti-Mouse IL-24 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2786) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the Northern-Lights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
