Background: Wnt-10b

Wnt-10b, also known as Wnt-12, is a 45 kDa glycoprotein involved in fetal limb bud development and adult hematopoiesis. Mouse Wnt-10b exists in two isoforms that are distinguished by the presence or absence of an internal 95 amino acid sequence.
