Reagent Diluent Concentrate 2 Summary

INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Reagent Diluent Concentrate 2 (10X) (Part # 841380) contains 5 vials (21 mL/vial) of a 10% BSA solution in a concentrated formula which can be diluted to make a working solution at a range of final BSA concentrations suitable for the assay being run.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. Make all solutions fresh or filter sterilize and store for up to 1 week at 2-8 °C.

REAGENT PREPARATION

For assays that require 1% BSA in PBS, dilute 1:10 in deionized water before use. For assays that require 0.1% BSA in TBS, dilute 1:100 with Tris buffer + 0.05% Tween® 20, pH 7.2-7.4.

  • The Reagent Diluent will require additional components for some DuoSets® ELISA Development Systems. Please refer to the product-specific package insert for more information.
