Immunohistochemistry: SARS Nucleocapsid Protein Antibody Pack [NBP3-05695] - Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections of SARS-CoV-2 infected human lung tissue was processed for immunohistochemistry using rabbit polyclonal anti-SARS Nucleocapsid Antibody [NB100-56576] at 15ug/mL with 1 hr incubation at 25 degrees Celsius followed by incubation with anti-rabbit IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody [VC003] and DAB chromogen (yellow-brown). Tissue was counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Western Blot: SARS Nucleocapsid Protein Antibody Pack [NBP3-05695] - Western blot using Protein A Purified anti-SARS CoV Nucleocapsid (N) protein antibody shows detection of a 46 kDa band corresponding to the protein. Approx. 100 ng of protein was loaded for SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nitrocellulose. The blot was incubated with a 1:5,000 dilution of the antibody[NBP2-44205] at room temperature for 1 h followed by detection using IRDy(TM) 800 labeled Goat-a-Rabbit IgG [H&L] diluted 1:10,000. The fluorescence image was captured using the Odyssey(R) Infrared Imaging System developed by LI-COR. IRDye is a trademark of LI-COR, Inc.
