Product Specifications
Immunogen
A recombinant protein that included amino acid residues within the C-terminal region of human SHC1. This sequence has high homology with similar regions in rat and mouse SHC1. [UniProt# P29353]
Specificity
The antibody detects 46/52/66 kDa bands corresponding to the molecular weight of SHC1 variants on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of A431 cells. It also detects SHC1 in human Jurkat, HeLa, and SKN-SH cells, as well as rat brain tissue and rabbit spleen fibroblasts.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG
Theoretical MW
45 kDa.
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.

Western Blot: SHC1 Antibody [NBP3-23392] -
Western Blot: SHC1 Antibody [NBP3-23392] - Western blot analysis of SHC1 expression in A431 cell lysate (lanes 1, 2, 3, & 4). The blots were probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-SHC1 (NBP3-23392) at 1:1000 (lane 1) or 1:4000 (lane 2) and mouse monoclonal SHC1 (C-terminal region) at 1:1000 (lane 3) or 1:4000 (lane 4).Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SHC1 Antibody [NBP3-23392] -
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SHC1 Antibody [NBP3-23392] - Immunocytochemical labeling of SHC1 in paraformaldehyde-fixed and NP-40-permeabilized A431 cells. The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal (top) and rabbit polyclonal (bottom NBP3-23392) SHC1 antibodies, then the antibodies were detected using appropriate secondary antibodies conjugated to Cy3.Applications for SHC1 Antibody
