ELISA: VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 Antibody (4H3) [NBP1-18644] - 1 Sandwich-ELISA using soluble KDR (D7) as standard. Mouse anti-human VEGFR-2 was used as capture antibody, Biotinylated rabbit anti-human VEGFR-2 was used for detection.ELISA: VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 Antibody (4H3) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP1-18644]
ELISA: VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 Antibody (4H3) [NBP1-18644] - Total lysate from PAE/KDR cells was measured for expression of VEGFR- 1/KDR by a standard Sandwich ELISA using a mouse monoclonal anti-human VEGFR-1 antibody for capturing and a Biotin conjugated rabbit polyclonal anti-human VEGFR-1 antibody for detection. Total lysate from PAE/Flt-1 and PAE/FLT-4 was used as negative control.
