Scientific Data Images for Anti- Satumomab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody

Detection of Satumomab antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Satumomab by Western Blot.

Western blot shows Daclizumab (negative control), Basiliximab (negative control), Satumomab, Teplizumab (negative control), and Alemtuzumab (negative control) biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Satumomab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10219) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for Satumomab at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). Human IgG is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
