Scientific Data Images for Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody
Detection of Anti-IGFLR-1 (Teprotumumab) on Human MCF-7 cells by flow cytometry.
MCF-7 human cell line was stained with Human anti-Human IGFLR-1 (Teprotumumab) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9718) then Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) (Catalog # MAB96341, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG2Aisotype control antibody(Catalog # MAB003, open histogram) followed by PE-conjugated anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (Catalog # F0102B).Anti-IGFLR-1 (Teprotumumab) binding to MCF-7 Human Cell Line is Blocked by Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody.
In a functional flow cytometry test, Biotinylated Anti-IGFLR-1 (Teprotumumab) (Catalog # FAB9718B) binds to MCF-7 human cell line (black dotted line). Binding is completely blocked (orange histogram) by 0.25 µg/mL of Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog# MAB96341), but not by Normal Mouse IgG2A(Catalog # MAB003) (blue line). Cells were stained with APC-conjugated Streptavidin (Catalog # F0050).Applications for Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody
