Scientific Data Images for Avi Tag Antibody
Detection of Avi Tag by Western Blot.
Western blot shows recombinant human VEGF-165 Avi Tag protein and recombinant human OX40 His Tag protein (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Avi Tag Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10546) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for recombinant human VEGF-165 Avi Tag protein at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Avi Tag by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows recombinant OX40 Avi Tag protein, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for recombinant OX40 Avi Tag at approximately 74 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Avi Tag Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10546). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Avi Tag Antibody
