Detects rat CD25/IL-2 R alpha in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 20% cross‑reactivity with recombinant mouse CD25/IL-2 R alpha is observed, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CD25/IL-2 R alpha is observed, and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 R beta is observed.
