FAQs for CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) - Azide and BSA Free
-
Q: I need to do a neutralization assay with this Antibody in cell culture. Could you send me the best concentration to use?
A: Although we give recommended dilutions for the other applications in which this antibody is validated, the dilution used for neutralization is assay dependent, and you will need to determine this yourself. Cell type, seeding density and the assay set up will all play a part in deciding this concentration. We recommend that you titrate the antibody for use in your experiment using appropriate negative and positive controls.
