Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Frizzled-2 Antibody [NBP1-20920] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U2OS cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red). Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 23 kDa band in human colon, heart and ovary lysates after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 63.6 kDa band according to NP_001457.1. The 23 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: Human thyroid gland shows cytoplasm and membranous staining in epithelial cells of the follicles. IHC successful usage on human glioblastomas is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 23748645).
