Detection of FCRL4/FcRH4 in RPMI 8226 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. RPMI 8226 human multiple myeloma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human FCRL4/FcRH4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB24262, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
Preparation and Storage
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Fc receptor-like 4 (FCRL4), also known as FcRH4 and IRTA1, is an Ig superfamily transmembrane protein that shares sequence homology with the classical Fc receptors. FCRL4 is preferentially expressed in B cells and contains three potential ITIM motifs in its cytoplasmic domain. The gene for FCRL4 is localized to the human chromosome 1q21‑23 region, a hotspot for translocation events.
