GATA‑4 in iBJ6 iPS Cell Line.
GATA-4 was detected in immersion fixed iBJ6, an induced pluripotent stem cell line, differentiated to endoderm using Goat Anti-Human GATA-4 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF2606) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
