Scientific Data Images for Human GFR alpha ‑like Antibody
Detection of GFR alpha -like in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human GFR alpha -like by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human GFRa-like (filled histogram) or (B) irrelevant transfectants (open histogram) was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human GFRa-like Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9697) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). Applications for Human GFR alpha ‑like Antibody
Blockade of Receptor-ligand Interaction
In a functional ELISA binding assay, 100-800 ng/mL of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 10 ng/mL of Recombinant Human GDF-15 (Catalog # 9279-GD) to immobilized Recombinant Human GFR alpha -like Fc Chimera (Catalog # 9697-GR) coated at 0.1 μg/mL (100 μL/well). At 10 μg/mL, this antibody will block >90% of the binding.
