Scientific Data Images for Human IL‑32 Antibody
Detection of Human IL‑32 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HDLM-2 human Hodgkin's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human IL-32 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4690) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for IL-32 at approximately 25 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human IL‑32 Antibody
